Top Authority Figures in Wrestling

With Triple H and Stephanie McMahon reigniting their power trip on the WWE as of late, authority figures have been either hit or miss in wrestling. Some are very entertaining while others, like Teddy Long and Mike Adamle, are somewhat unfortunate. Here are some of the best authority figures wrestling has seen over the past three decades.

Honestly I think Vince Mcmahon should have been #1. Instead of Triple H.

    • Chelsii?

He is. Hence why he’s #1 and not #10.

  • John Cena 2004

Everybody on that list are great. Well…except for Vickie

Even if she essentially started her ‘career’ in WWE as a charity case, Vickie turned herself into a pretty damn good heel manager in my estimation… not to mention she was a pretty good sport about the high volume of fat jokes thrown her way up until about 2011.

I wish this particular photo of Stephanie McMahon could be expunged from the internet. Yes, I said ‘expunged.’ It’s PAST unflattering.

No Linda? No Shane? If you mention two mcmahons, you probably could have just mentioned the mcmahon family collectively

Jack Tunney and Gorilla Monsoon?…wow. Nice list. Those additions took me back to the day of Macho Man cutting promos on Tunney and Tito Santana. Gotta love the history of the product.

xXwindsofchangeXx is right. Vickie’s become a really good heel manager. She can’t even get a word out sometimes because of the boos she gets.

Can someone explain why Regal hasn’t been put one of the top 2 shows as a GM yet? The guys’s great all-around and the roster could use his presence
