Several sites have been reporting that there was some disappointment backstage within WWE last night at the way the angle between Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels went down. The rumor going around was that several WWE guys were looking at Shawn as if he came off looking “wimpy” in the angle.However, the sources that we heard from said that the general response backstage to the angle was tremendous and that everyone was giving it rave reviews. Several of the WWE wrestlers and officials are really into the storyline and the feeling is that they will tear the house down at Unforgiven.

Regarding Shawn’s wife Rebecca, she was not hurt in the angle, but she did suffer the busted lip. She was fine backstage and everyone was giving her, Michaels and Jericho props on how everything went down.
