Wrapping Up Cyber Sunday, Raw, ECW & Smackdown
First of everyone I want to thank you guys for reading the first installment of Wrestle Wrap Up! Well with only one title changing hands the world heavyweight title when Batista defeated Chris Jericho for the WHC and everyone else retaining there title belts Shelton Benjamin, Matt Hardy, & Triple H. There weren’t that many great matches for the Cyber Sunday PPV but there were many exciting guests like The Texas Rattle Snake “Stone Cold” Steve Austin being voted in as a guest referee and The Honky Tonk Man voted in to face Santino Marella and winning via DQ thanks to Beth Phoenix, after the match Goldust & “Rowdy” Roddy Piper & The Honky Tonk Man each took turns attacking Santino with The Honky Tonk Man using his finisher on Santino The Shake, Rattle, & Roll.
This week on Raw Chris Jericho came out and started complaining about him losing the WHC to Batista how it was “the biggest screw job in WWE history” and that he’s going to use his rematch clause next week on Raw. Then GM Mike Adamle comes out and tells Chris Jericho that next week the WHC match between him and Batista, will be a steel cage match so no one will interfere and it will be fair. New world tag team champs were crowned when CM Punk & Kofi Kingston Defeated Ted DiBiase Jr. & Cody Rhodes for the world tag team championships, one of the funniest skits I seen lately in the WWE with Charlie Haas going against Santino Marella as The “GlamaHaas”, with the match ending in No-Contest when special guests “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Goldust, & The Honky Tonk Man attacked Santino Marella after being disrespected by him. Mickie James, Kelly Kelly & Candice Michelle def. Layla, Katie Lea Burchill & Jillian in a tag match and then afterwards Evan Bourne lost to Rey Mysterio in a pretty good singles match. Raw ended with the main event Batista defeating Chris Jericho & JBL in a supposed to be tag match with HBK but ended up pretty much as a handicap match.
ECW this week started off with Jack Swagger going against Tommy Dreamer and picking up yet another win by the way is it me or does Jack Swagger’s smile just annoy you? Mark Henry, Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neely defeated ECW Champ Matt Hardy, Finlay & Evan Bourne, Bourne is said to have injured his ankle possibly tearing some ligaments the current plan so far is him to work through the Injury which will probably change because they don’t want him to have any further damage which means long time recovery. ECW ended with the Dirt Sheet with Miz & Morrison talking trash to DX saying that they’re going to beat them on Raw next week on the supposed 800th episode celebration which really passed like more than a month ago, Miz & Morrison then beat two DX imposters and ECW went of the air with Miz & Morrison telling DX “to be jealous”.
The newest edition of Smackdown started with Vickie Guerrero, Big Show and Chavo opening up the show with a casket teasing the Undertaker. The Miz and Morrison Defeated the WWE tag team champs Carlito and Primo in a non title match, The Brian Kendrick lost to Jimmy Wang Yang in a singles match by DQ when Ezekiel interfered Ezekiel & Kendrick beat Jimmy Wang Yang up after the match. Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio defeated Mark Henry, MVP and Kane with Jeff Hardy picking up the win for his team with a Swanton Bomb. The Great Khali does another kiss cam segment this week he kisses a woman dressed as a witch, she supposedly faints from the passionate kiss from The Great Khali. Michelle McCool, Brie Bella, and Maria defeated Victoria, Natalya and Maryse in a six-diva tag match Maria gets the victory with a top rope cross body block in to a pin. An announcement is made that R-Truth will face Shelton Benjamin in rematch next week on Smackdown for the US Championship, in the main event The Undertaker easily disposes of Chavo Guerrero in a Casket match after he hit’s the Tombstone Piledriver on Chavo then Big Show takes out The Undertaker after the match once again just like the past few weeks.
Once thanks guys for reading the first Installment of Wrestle Wrap Up!
