- Everyone within TNA is saying that there are no talks going on with Mick Foley. One high ranking TNA executive tells a source that he has never even spoken to Foley. If there is something going on between the two sides, then it is being done completely in private, kind of how they did with Kurt Angle before he signed.

If Foley’s contract does indeed expire, there will be no compete clause in it so it is possible he could appear at TNA’s No Surrender pay-per-view. It would be very interesting if Foley appeared at No Surrender because Kurt Angle signing with the company was announced at the same pay-per-view in 2006.
