Cena Makes Elimination Chamber Challenge, Jericho Thanks Fans, Foley-Bruno

- Mick Foley tweeted the following about Bruno Sammartino’s WWE Hall of Fame induction:

“I am extremely happy to hear the news about Bruno Sammartino’s @WWE HOF induction – and no place is better suited for it than MSG.”

- Chris Jericho thanked fans on Twitter for voting him into the match with CM Punk on last night’s RAW. He tweeted:

“THX to all the amazing Jerichoholics who voted for me to face @CmPunk tonite! Hope u got what u wanted-cos THAT was a wrestling match babay!”

- In a WWE.com exclusive video from last night’s RAW, while in the ring John Cena challenged The Shield to a six-man tag match at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Cena’s partners will be Ryback and Sheamus.

The only reason The Shield will wrestle at Elimination Chamber is because John Cena must have a match on every PPV according to WWE.

We all know The Shield is gonna lose because WWE will not allow the Golden Boy to lose any match before WrestleMania.

Everything that Cena does is so predictable. I will not watch that 6 man tag match.

  Didn’t think we’d agree on something, but I see you’re really sensible when it comes to Cena. Rising Talents vs. Overrated Golden Boys, pretty much sums it up. Even though they’ll lose it’ll be fun to watch The Shield out-wrestle them in every way possible.

  Once again agree with you!! It’s a HUGE shame that WWE’s golden boy must ruin anything good that happens (see Nexus). Hope this does not happen with The Shield but judging by WWE’s past (see Nexus again) it probably going to happen.

    Once Wade Barrett was getting title shots, he was far too good for Nexus. They should’ve disbanded then and there.

  Great wrestling matches last night, Antonio Cesaro carrying Ryback and making him look worthy of being in the ring with Cesaro was a great way to open the show.
