- WWE developmental talent Shawn Spears made his WWE TV debut during tonight’s ECW on Sci-Fi program using the name Gavin Spears. He debuted as a part of Teddy Long’s Superstar Initiative and lost to Ricky Ortiz. Spears has previously held the OVW TV and Tag Team Titles with Cody Rhodes.
- Former ROH Champion Takeshi Morishima worked another dark match for WWE at tonight’s SmackDown/ECW tapings. The current NOAH Champion defeated RAW Superstar Jamie Noble.
