- The 9/26, final edition of WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown on The CW Network did a 2.4 broadcast rating. Starting this week, the show switches networks, over to MyNetworkTV.
- Jeff Hardy doesn’t appear to be in any serious trouble following an incident at the Nashville International Airport two weeks ago. An airport official deemed Hardy too intoxicated to take a flight home, and he wasn’t allowed to board his scheduled flight as a result. A number officials breathed sighs of relief as some feared it was something more serious. However, the incident didn’t help his standing in the company obviously, but it didn’t really hurt it. Also, a number of his friends haven’t noticed any signs to indicate that he’s slipping back into his old habits, although, there were no red flags when he failed a drug test earlier in the year either.
