WWE SmackDown Superstar Returns with One of His Old Gimmicks, View the Photos

- It appears that WWE has repackaged Jesse with a new gimmick. He appeared on last night’s SmackDown in a segment with Cryme Tyme. Jesse played the hip-hop role and was dressed for the part with a fitted cap, chain and everything.

When Jesse, real name Ray Gordy, was first signed to a WWE developmental deal back in 2005, he used a very similar gimmick where he was called Ray Geezy. The gimmick was considered by some to be a success. Apparently Jesse did the gimmick on an episode of Cryme Tyme’s Word Up online show last week also.
