WWE Superstar to Make Announcement Today, What Is Maxine Doing Now?

- At best we can tell, the WWE Intercontinental Cup did not kick off at last night’s WWE Main Event tapings. Matches taped last night were Tensai vs. Titus O’Neil and Ryback vs. Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro was the only one of those Superstars advertised for the Cup.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett tweeted the following:

“I will be making an important announcement regarding the #IntercontinentalCup at 11am EST on Wednesday 30th Jan.(travel permitting).”

- Former WWE Diva Maxine (Karlee Leilani) has been working on her acting career and will be attending the Grammys next month. She reportedly has several TV and film roles coming out soon. Maxine is also the new spokesperson for the Women’s Indoor Football League, which will launch in 2014. She said in a press release:

“I’m very excited about working with the WIFL and supporting female athletes. I’m looking forward to being a part of the growth of the WIFL.”
