WWE’s New SMS GM Speaks, The Rock Wants Another Big Role, Batista

- Mick Foley was revealed to be the new General Manager of WWE Saturday Morning Slam on today’s episode. Foley noted on Twitter that he will try to chat with fans after each episode and wrote the following:

“Good morning from your NEW General Manager of Saturday Morning Slam! Did you see those Dude Love moves? Owww!”

- As noted before, Batista will be starring as Dax the Destroyer in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy movie. WWE’s website covered the story and called him “one of the most dominant, powerful WWE Superstars of all time.”

- While doing media for GI Joe 2, WWE Champion The Rock hinted that he is interested in a role in The Expendables 3.

  Lol, so Stone Cold is a bigger action star than The Rock? Almost every movie he was in was B-list, straight-to-DVD WWE Studios garbage. Jet Li has been in 100 movies and maybe 5 were “A-List”. Statham plays in crap like the Transporter. And when was the last time Dolph Lungren was relevant?

    I’m talking about THE Expendables team, not the less than adequate ‘villains’ on the side. Dolph is still doing action movies to this day, Transporter and Crank were early in his break into Hollywood, every other movie he’s been in was gold, Jet Li is a damn god in China, a few of his movies were made by Hollywood, the rest were made by Hong Kong Cinema and are box office giants. Dwayne still isn’t an action star.
