- WWE is now charging higher ticket prices for RAW events than SmackDown shows. SmackDown is now doing better in relation to RAW but RAW is drawing bigger gates. Here are some recent attendance figures:
* RAW on December 27th in New York City drew 14,000 fans, around 11,000 paid for $675,000
* RAW on December 28th in Pittsburgh drew 8,500 fans for $330,000
* SmackDown on December 28th in Detroit drew 10,000 fans for $330,000
* RAW on December 29th in Washington, DC drew 8,000 fans for $320,000
* SmackDown on December 29th in Buffalo drew 8,200 fans for $230,000
* RAW on December 30th in Hartford, CT drew 8,500 fans for $250,000
* SmackDown on December 30th in East Rutherford, NJ drew 9,500 fans for $350,000
- WWE will tape the 100th episode of NXT on January 17th from Las Vegas.
- Someone in WWE creative recently brought up the idea of having Zack Ryder and The Situation from MTV’s Jersey Shore do something at WrestleMania 28 in Miami.

As a fan of Jersey Shore, I get it because people hate him, and heel heat helping Ryder get over, blah blah blah. But let’s get real. The Situation is a huge faggot. To give him more spotlight than he already soils would be a crime to TV, and most of a a crime to fucking wrestling! I was fine with Snooki, and I think she shocked alot of people, including me. Man, I haven’t watched TV in 18 or so months. I have no idea of this “The Situation,” and even while watching TV, reality shows don’t interest me one bit. I wonder if Ryder wants this, because watching his show, his earlier episodes had him challenge Situation for a match at Wrestlemania 27.

Last year he would have been happy with a gimmick match or any match, but this year, he is the US champ and deserves more. Maybe two matches, and one of them could be a sqaush match against the situation.
