Major Backstage Heat on Sin Cara

There is reportedly backstage heat on Sin Cara following Monday’s Raw episode for immediately quitting his match with Alberto Del Rio after he dislocated his finger.

As noted earlier, Sin Cara will be undergoing X-rays today to make sure that he didn’t suffer an avulsion fracture.

He has heat for not wanting to finish the match while injured? Fúck you WWE I would demand the ref stops the match early if i was injured too. I won’t wrestle while injured for nobody. My health is more important than everything else.

    • Daniel_P1

Agree and disagree with you. I can see why he had heat on him bc guys have wrestled through worse. However, it is the mans career at stake..it’s a tough call.

      • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

Your career will not end because of a sore finger.

        • Daniel_P1

You are right, but I’m.sure Cara didn’t know if they were dislocated or broken, better to be safe than have permanent damage.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

            Enough said

    • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

      You goddamn woman.

      • D.M.T

Lol you called me a woman? Really dude? Why would I wrestle injured for fans like you? It’s not worth it. My health matters more than your entertainment.

      • Mrs. Ambrose

Ok so u mean to tell me if u are badly injured then u would still wrestle? Are u crazy?

        • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

Think of all the guys who have had an injury in the middle of a match and had to finish, imagine it was Wrestlemania and you had to stop in the middle of it. These guys are some of the toughest people on the planet… it’s their job and he really could’ve finished the match. How long do you think it would’ve been? It was clearly going to be a squash match, he didn’t need to quit a minute into it. Hardcore Holly had to continue a match with a broken arm, Antonio Cesaro had to wrestle with BROKEN fingers, but Sin Cara stops because they were DISLOCATED?

          • Mrs. Ambrose

ok but u do not know what was his reasons and i do not know either but i do not blame him at all

          • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

His reason was because he dislocated his finger, compared to the truly debilitating injuries that have occurred in WWE, he didn’t need to quit.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

well that is your opinion and i am not going to change my thought on the situation

    • Guest

A dislocated finger? Lawl. Michaels worked with crushed discs. Austin worked with fractured vertebrae. Undertaker worked with a broken orbital bone. Sin Cara’s a wuss, on top of being a terrible wrestler.

      • D.M.T

It doesn’t matter to me what type of injury it is. I won’t applaud someone who chooses to wrestle while injured. Your health should be more important then someone’s entertainment.

        • Guest

People paid money and travelled to see a show, and a some wuss waves off a match after 30 seconds because of a dislocated finger? Think of the rank idiocy of what you’re arguing. It’s absolutely a minor injury that can be corrected within days, and his health wasn’t at all jeopardized.

          • D.M.T

I don’t really care if people came from far away to see a show, if I was injured I wouldn’t finish the match. Minor injury or not I wouldn’t do it. Go ahead and call people like Cara a wuss or idiotic, I call people like him smart and those who were forced to retire like Edge are idiots because he had neck problems and yet continued to wrestle. Wrestling fans these days are extremely selfish and you proved my point when you said that Cara should have finished the match because people paid money to see a show. It’s not worth it to put your body on the line for people who don’t really care about you.

          • Guest

Nothing was on the line, you absolute moron. He dislocated his finger.

          • D.M.T

He shouldn’t wrestle with a dislocated finger for retards like you and selfish cúnts like you. It’s not worth it.

          • Guest

I called you a moron, but that was unfair to morons.

Morons everywhere, I apologise for comparing you to this spineless waste of skin.

          • D.M.T

And I apologize to all the retards out there for comparing them to this disgusting piece of dog shít.

          • Danny Morgan

that’s why you couldnt even be a wrestler, you have no balls or heart simple as.

          • D.M.T

A stupid comment from a stupid person. I have balls and heart for people who are worth it. I wouldn’t put my body on the line for selfish wrestling fans like you.

    • Mrs. Ambrose

u took the words right out of my mouth

  • jcice13

is that all he did? dislocate a finger? I thought it was that he banged heads with del rio and was in bad shape, but a dislocated finger? damn I can’t remember how many times I did that playing ball and just had a team mate pop it right back in. no wonder the crew was PO’d at him

    • Daniel_P1

Del Rio was the most pissed off one, he was cursing and droppin f bombs all over the place. Not surprised seeing as how ADR and Cara hate one another..I really wonder if there is any truth to Cara pulling a gun on ADR?

      • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

I heard it was in Mexico.

    • knox

      eww.. pop what back in

      • jcice13

my fingers, if you’ve every dislocate a finger all you have to do is have someone hold your wrist really tight then have another guy give it a good hard pull, I’ve had it done like 8 times or so, it hurts like hell but I never left the game, and once it’s popped back in after a while it doesn’t hurt that much, of course these days I have a difficult time opening jars

  • JH

If that’s true that’s a load of crap, del rio should have some heat for the tantrum he threw, and trying to keep working botch cara after he got hurt.

  • Juanita N Jerome Cregg

sin cara is a 3itch he hurt his finger mid-match(not even the beginning).& stop the match .Cena got softball for an elbow 4 weeks & put on a great 30min. performance.Don’t like Cena but I respect the love he got for fans & the company wonder why Vince loves him so much.

    • knox

u write like a fourth grader

      • Juanita N Jerome Cregg

takes one to know one. Funny thing is I make $17.50 an hour how much you make.

        • Guest

LMAO. There are organized criminals who make far more money than you, so using financial credit to highlight your value as a human being amounts to a fail. What a pathetic individual, a mindless victim of the “people-as-money” culture that crept in back in the 1980s.

      • james clinton

He typed a far more legible and intelligent response than you did.
And I’m curious, out of all the poorly written posts here what made you specifically choose this one to respond to?
I also gotta laugh at the people that upvoted you, what stupid a-holes. This is the sort of comment that contributes nothing and deserves to be buried, shame on you WNZ community.

  • Guest

Sin Cara is a truly dreadful performer. Now we know he’s a quitter as well.

    • Mrs. Ambrose

Would u work a match if u had a bad injury?

      • james clinton

Obviously the best wrestlers do. Thats the point people are making that you and DMT just don’t get. Yes a wrestler has a choice, and we respect the ones who continue the match more because they are willing to put their well being on the line even when badly hurt for our entertainment. Is it stupid and dangerous? YES. But thats the whole point of this sport.

        • Mrs. Ambrose

I get your point but u don’t get our point or try to understand what i and DMT is trying to say

          • james clinton

I do get your point and you are right and your point is valid – I’m just saying that, while it is true that Sin Cara has the right to call off the match and his well being is important, everyone has the right to their opinion and neither opinion necessarily trumps the other.
There are wrestlers who are willing to injure themselves because they love the fans and want to put on a great show regardless of personal harm, and we have the right to love them all the more because of that.
Likewise, there are people like sin cara who play it safe and you/DMT can appreciate that, but there are those of us who wish he would work through injuries like Trips, Punk, foley, and the others who are willing to risk ruining their bodies for our sake.
All I was trying to say is both opinions are perfectly valid, although looking back at my first post that wasn’t clear at all.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

Ok i get your point and thanks for not being all crazy about it

      • Guest

You call a dislocated finger a “bad injury”? That’s pretty laughable.

        • Mrs. Ambrose

No what is pretty laughable is that u can not see the other side and it could have been broken. But we did not know that but Sin Cara thought it could have been broken. This is what i have been trying to write but nobody does not want to understand. It’s probley not a bad injury but to Sin Cara it probley was to him. But we do not know that now do we?

          • Guest

I don’t care if it was broken either. A broken finger is nothing. It gets reset and he wears padding in his next match. Wrestling is a physical endeavour and performers know going in that minor injuries are commonplace. Bret Hart dislocated his finger against Ric Flair in 1992, yet finished the match seamlessly. Sin Cara is pathetic.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

I don’t think that he is pathetic and i know it is physical but the point is why injure yourself more than u have to?. U don’t want to be plagued with injuries for the rest of your life?. What if u wrestled with a broke finger and u could not use your finger right again do u want to go thru with that for the rest of your life?

          • cubfan4life

what would you rather have in a business like WWE. a possibly messed up finger with a reputation of being tough enough to finish a match regardless of what happened. Or having the reputation of a quitter for an injury that most would not consider serious. Especially given that there are stories of great performers who fought through major injuries to finish matches. Triple H and his quad, Austins neck, and Cenas neck just to name a few. Sin Cara had an opportunity to earn back a little respect backstage and not only did he blow it, he likely drove the final nail in his own coffin.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

I get what you are saying but everybody’s different and if it was me i would do the same

          • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aMVlNPjpbI The Devourer of Dimensions

Antonio wrestled for like a month or so with broken fingers, Sin Cara could learn a thing or two.

          • Mrs. Ambrose

Ok so that’s Antonio Cesaro not Sin Cara they are two totally different people

  • Devon

He gets hurt, comes back, gets hurt, comes back & gets fuckin hurt. He sucks. He can’t work the American style. He dislocated his finger. So fuckin what. U can finish a match wit a dislocated finger. Austin broke his neck and still technically finished the match. Cena nearly broke his neck be fore and finished the match, Punk nearly broke his leg at mania & finished the match.

    • Mrs. Ambrose

The man was hurt! how many times do people have to say it ! get off the mans back please!

      • Devon

Danielle, he dislocated a finger. I have dislocated my elbow falling off my bike, I popped it back in place, rode to my friends house, came home a few hours later, told my parents and they took me to the walk in. A dislocated finger is nothing.

        • Mrs. Ambrose

I know what u are talking about but i would not continue to wrestle and damage my finger, i know it was dislocated u have to see sin cara’s side of it all

  • Dirty J. Sanchez The 3rd

Sin Cara’s going straight to TNA by the end of this year.

    • Guest

Even TNA would be stupid to sign this dangerous quitter.

      • tegz

        so you’re saying they will

  • Poppy’s Hammer

Sin Cara has never heard of ANTONIO CESARO! WE THE PEOPLE!

  • xXwindsofchangeXx

I don’t mind that Cara called the match… but he could have been a little bit more subtle about it. But I think the root issue here is… why can’t Sin Cara seem to get through any sort of extended TV exposure (even if it’s jobbing) without getting hurt?
