Cameron Says She Wasn’t Happy On The Main Roster In WWE And Decided To Take Time Off

WWE
NXT star Cameron recently spoke with The Edmonton Sun about fitness. During the interview, Cameron admitted that she is currently training part-time in NXT after taking “some time to work on myself.” Here is what she had to say:

“There’s still a lot of things that I would like to accomplish there (in WWE). I didn’t like where I was at the time. I wasn’t happy. I wanted to have a storyline. I wanted to get better and … sometimes you have to take a few steps backwards in order to move a few steps forward. So that’s what I decided to do. I’m doing that in hopes of coming back bigger and stronger than ever.”

Cameron was last seen on WWE television on the November 4 episode of NXT, losing to Asuka.

Ya mean it wasn’t the fact that she can’t wrestle to save her life? Or the fact that she has had zero charisma when a mic has been put in her hand?

      Lol she’s gotten better

I don’t get all the hate for Cameron.

Though I don’t know her personally at all, she’ll likely never outrun that dark cloud that says she didn’t care about the business when she started, she didn’t know anything about wrestling (The Alicia Fox-Melina infamous segment, pinning opponents on their stomachs) she only wanted to be on TV. Frankly, part of me feels like her “focusing on herself” only means she wants to build her brand while she’s still got the public exposure. Oh and that incident when she got a DUI and lied about not working for WWE because she didn’t want the police to call WWE and potentially get her fired. That didn’t look too pleasing either…
