What Happened After WWE Finished Taping SmackDown?

– After WWE finished taping this week’s episode of SmackDown on Tuesday from the O2 Arena in London, there were two dark matches.

The first match saw Dolph Ziggler defeat Baron Corbin by count out after Corbin walked off. The second match saw AJ Styles defeat Alberto Del Rio.

– While the attendance for Monday’s RAW was sold out, the attendance for the SmackDown tapings was low. Both tapings took place at the O2 Arena. Fans in attendance noted on Twitter that there were a lot of empty seats throughout the arena.

It wasn’t too bad – there were only a minority of seats in the front rows empty (not on hard camera), and the rest that were empty were behind the hard cam anyway so won’t come across on TV.

I’m wondering if those were reserved for family or friends of a superstar that didn’t show up. Front row on that side of the ring is where ‘guests’ are usually placed.

Possible – was that area, after all. To be fair, that picture was taken when the Smackdown recording began. Those behind moved forward by the time Miz/AJ’s match happened.
