Randy Orton’s In Ring Return Taking Longer Than WWE Planned

Randy Orton’s return to the ring is taking longer than WWE hoped, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The former champion is advertised for live events in the middle of August.

WWE wanted Orton inside the Performance Center in two weeks as he prepares to return. He’s been out of action since the fall.

Orton’s had shoulder injuries during most of this WWE career.

As much as I’d like to see him back let him rest up and heal. No need to rush. There is plenty going on right now where they don’t exactly “need” him.

Actually have a family friend who specializes with many types of injuries to athletes. Orton’s been out of action for 9 months. This type of injury should NOT have kept Orton out of action for this long.

Now ain’t that saying something about his health and well-being? He’s gonna have the shoulders of a 60-70 year old man by the time he’s 40, if not before that. Orton needs to at least seriously CONSIDER retirement.
