Recap Of Brock Lesnar’s Appearance On SportsCenter

Brock Lesnar appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter Tuesday night to talk to Jonathan Coachman about WWE. There was a highlight reel of the top five moments of Monday’s episode of RAW.

Lesnar appeared on SportsCenter via satellite and talked about his career. He said that winning the NCAA Heavyweight Championship was the hardest thing he has ever done, but noted that nothing that he has done in his career has been easy.

When asked about a WWE moment that stands out to him, he brought up his shooting star press at WrestleMania 19 against Kurt Angle. Lesnar admitted that he should have never done that move, but it turned out to be good for his career. Coachman brought up Paul Heyman.

Lesnar said that he and Heyman are like bread and butter because they just work well together. Lesnar said that Heyman has helped him from day one. Daniel Bryan’s retirement was mentioned, and Lesnar believes that Bryan made the right choice. Lesnar admitted that he has several concussions during his career, but praised Bryan for making the decision as he put his health first.

Coachman told Lesnar that Ronda Rousey said in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday that she was suicidal after her loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193. Lesnar said that he would tell her to learn how to lose and that one loss will not ruin her career. Lesnar believes that if Ronda works hard enough, then she could make the transition from MMA into pro wrestling.

Lesnar thanked ESPN for having him on the show, and this wrapped up the segment.
