Sasha Banks On Honoring Eddie Guerrero With Wardrobe At WrestleMania 32

WWE
At WrestleMania 32, Sasha Banks was facing her toughest competition as she met Charlotte and Becky Lynch. Parts of the lady’s match mirrored those of WrestleMania XX’s triple threat main event. Oddly enough, Banks’ ring-attire honored Eddie Guerrero, who also competed in one of the main attraction matches at WrestleMania XX.

“I just knew Eddie was such an inspiration to me,” said Banks to WhatCulture. “He’s the reason I wanted to be a wrestler. He was the first match I ever saw, I got instantly hooked. Everything just felt right. I just wanted that girl.”

Unlike Eddie, Banks didn’t leave the victor at WrestleMania. There’s been talk of Banks having a SummerSlam program with Charlotte for the Women’s Championship.

She’s been milking Eddie’s name for a long long time now.

      No she hasn’t

Hehe, next thing you will tell me is that you don’t upvote your own comments.

She’s keeping Eddies memories alive, making sure people still remember him!

After all WWE have done a complete and utter sh*t job at that. Especially last year when it was the 10th anniversary of his passing.

It’s been 10 years since he passed? Holy crap. Feels like it was just yesterday.

Yep, It’s been 10 years. We lost Eddie on November 10, 2005.

WWE has slipped because there are no Guerreros there anymore. Shaul (aka Raquel Diaz) has been gone from NXT for while now, Chavo Jr. has been gone for long time and Vickie left almost 2 years ago. Also Rey Mysterio, who was one of Eddie’s best friends, lhasn’t wrestled for WWE since the night after Wrestlemania 30 and officially left in February of last year. The only ones left their to mention Eddie on a regular basis are JBL and Cole. JBL does every so often, and Cole does on rare occasions such as Wrestlemania 32.

People remember Eddie all too well. There’s no need for her to “keep his memories alive”. Vickie managed to do that anyway. All she’s doing is selling merchandize by milking his name, which is what I’d expect Snoop’s relatives to be good at anyway.

What next? Eva Marie making sure people remember Chris Benoit? Emma making sure people remember TEST?
