WWE Hall of Fame Looks to Have Landed a Building, WWE’s Greatest Crowd Reactions

– Below is part 1 of WWE Greatest Crowd Reactions.

– A physical WWE Hall of Fame building continues to be rumored for Orlando, Florida. The Best of Orlando website published an article noting that the NBA City venue located at CityWalk is expected to shut down to make way for the WWE Hall of Fame and a possible wrestling themed restaurant.

I still think the best crowd reaction in wrestling history was Goldberg-Hogan. Say what you want, that night there was nobody hotter in history.

“The fans erupt at the bell”. You just don’t get those magical moments anymore. The last one (and the first in years) was at Money in the Bank 2011, and the whole thing was devised by a wrestler, not WWE “Creative”…

I ate at NBA city in July. And remember the last time WWE had a restaurant. It lasted 3 years in NYC. And that was back in the attitude era where they had triple the amount if fans compared to now. So its gonna probably fail. The hall of fame building should be in Connecticut if they were gonna have one.

One of the best crowd reactions I ever witnessed live was Scotty Too Hotty doing ‘The Worm’ at the Kitchener Auditorium in Ontario, Canada. It was a packed house, they were hanging from the rafters, and Scotty Too Hotty absolutely blew the roof off the place!

I also remember a CZW show in Smyrna, Delaware, where Madman Pondo had the crowd in a sweat soaked frenzy, screaming at the top of their lungs when he powerbombed Wifebeater through a crucifix of light tubes in a barbed wire table death match. I swear, the crowd was louder than when Hogan slammed Andre at WM III, which I saw at the Pontiac Silverdome, six rows back on the floor.
