Kurt Angle Rehab Update

Kurt Angle was released from rehab earlier this week, according to F4WOnline.com. There is no official word on when he will return to TNA television, however he is being advertised for Team 3D Academy’s upcoming event on September 14th at the Melbourne Auditorium in Melbourne for the “Hope for a Single Mom” charity.

The event will also include appearances from Hulk Hogan, Devon, Garret Bischoff, Wes Brisco, Mike Knox, Samoa Joe, Sam Shaw, SoCal Val and Jay Lethal.

Im glad that Kurt Angle successfully completed rehab

I’m happy he was released, which means he made enough progress; but I really hope Angle doesn’t go to his old habits. Hell, drink if you want to Kurt, just don’t put your life or other innocent lives in danger. Kurt is too talented and one of the best pure wrestlers and I truly hope he got/gets over his demons and once again steps foot in the ring and puts on a wrestling clinic.

Was he released or did he just walk out?

    • Abudadein

He tried to walk out, but there was a crowd of people in the hallways and in the entrance yelling, “You suck!….You suck!” (and oddly, his theme music from WWE was playing over the speakers in the rehab center). So he walked right back in, completed his rehab, and was later released.
