WWE Signs Young Prospect Victoria Gonzalez (Video)

Female wrestler, Victoria Gonzalez, has been signed by WWE.

The Texas based Indy talent went to Orlando Florida for tryout at the Performance Center in May of this year. She also sent in an audition tape last year for tough enough. She stands at 6 feet 1 inches tall and is a second generation performer. Her father is the Texas Indy wrestler known as Speedy Gonzalez or Rick “Desperado” Gonzalez.

Victoria was a basketball standout at Hidalgo High. She went on to play two seasons with Texas A&M-Kingsville before transferring to Sam Houston State until she graudated in 2013.

As for her wrestling pedigree, she trained with the Galvans in Corpus Christi, Richard Aleman in San Antonio and George de la Isla at America’s Academy of Pro Wrestling in Austin. She also learned from Rudy Boy Gonzalez of the Texas Wrestling Academy, which was once the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy, in San Antonio.
