WWE Very High on 2nd Gen Star, Bella Twins Video, The Miz Joins JR

– Thanks to Mike for sending in the following video. The Bella Twins spoke about joining WWE, exercise and more to promote their Celebrity Sweat workout DVD:

– We noted before that Jim Ross is making the media rounds in Oklahoma City this morning to promote tonight’s RAW. He is joined by WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz. If you catch any of their appearances, please feel free to send in a report.

– WWE officials are reportedly very high on NXT star Bo Dallas, brother to Bray Wyatt and son of WWE Legend IRS. The feeling is that he’s excellent in the ring but needs some major work with promos.

Excellent in the ring? Since when?

Bo Dallas looks like a homo but he’s not bad. I’m sure in a lil people will get on here saying he needs a push to the top but like I said he is ok.

I find his ring work to be just about average. Then, again, I’m not a wrestler.

I will say that he’s ugly as shit, though. Like, his brother isn’t what you’d define as handsome either, but you could still put his face on a poster. You can say the same thing for a lot of guys who wouldn’t typically be thought of as attractive. Bo Dallas though just looks creepy, especially when he smiles.

He has the look of a rapist. Oh, you think I’m exaggerating? http://i.imgur.com/bmVAS.jpg

His in-ring work is really fluid and he looks comfortable but he is boring. His move set is dull, he has no charisma at all, and he is one of the worst talkers in NXT.

I think he has something to offer the biz but he’s nowhere near ready.if
He needs to figure out where he fits into the roster and that good ole boy Kerry Von Erich babyface schtick aint going to cut it.

If I made a list of the top 10 NXT prospects he’d be lucky if he made #10. Needs a new gimick (preferably one that keeps him off the mic), a new move set, and then maybe he might live up to expectations.

He kinda reminds me of Wes Briscoe, which is not a compliment.

This is a problem very often with second- and third-gen guys. The upside is that they’re brought up around the business, so you can often count on them to know their way around a wrestling ring and have in-ring skills that don’t need quite as much polish. But in terms of charisma, they fall flat – because charisma isn’t inherited.

I happen to think his brother (that being Bray/Windham) has a wealth more upside. But I also think it wise to reserve any judgments on Bo Dallas either way. After all, he’s 22. How many 22-year-olds are even on WWE’s main roster, let alone making any serious headway?

    …I’ll wait.

    …That’s what I thought.

Let’s wait to anoint Taylor Rotunda the next whoever (be it Wes Briscoe or someone that would be a bit more complimentary) for another year or two, shall we?
