The betting odds are starting to come in for Hell in a Cell, but it’s still too soon to make the safe bet. That will come in the final 60 minutes before the event begins. With less than a day to go, here are my early favorites to leave Hell in a Cell the victor(s).
As a friendly reminder, WrestleNewz has
Hell in a Cell play by play coverage this Sunday. It appears that Kevin Owens being a permanent player in the main event scene isn’t in the works, at least for now. His NXT reign was short-lived but delivered, so hopefully the IC run is longer and also delivers. The WWE has been building Brock Lesnar as an unstoppable force, with few exceptions, since he returned. Another win over Undertaker, and second inside the cell, will solidify Lesnar as the new baddest person in the locker room. One of the biggest opportunities for any wrestler comes Sunday. If the reports are true that John Cena is taking a break, then someone gets to beat “The Champ” and conclude his impressive streak as U.S. Champion. New Day went from nobody special to a comic group that has recently shown a mean side. All three have come together nicely as they appear to be best friends. They’re so over, no other tag team deserves the gold at the moment. While Demon Kane has destroyed everyone in his path, Seth Rollins won’t be one of his victims. Rollins is sneaky and will pull out every trick to keep Kane’s shoulders down to keep his six month title reign alive.
