Singles Match: Roman Reigns vs. Jinder Mahal

Jinder comes out to the ring first, cuts a promo and gets booed viciously. Reigns interrupts with his entrance. Jinder gets back on the mic when Reigns gets there and Reigns accuses him of just being a sh-t talker. Jinder informs Reigns that he’s not actually having a match with Jinder tonight. He jokes that Reigns’ actual opponent is the Great Khali, but then names Sunil Singh. Singh seems just as surprised as anybody. The match gets underway and Reigns dominates Sunil, battering him with a varied offensive.

Reigns howls at the moon and delivers a Spear for the pinfall.

Winner: Roman Reigns

As soon as the match ends, Jinder runs in and attacks Reigns. Jinder delivers the Khallas and then retrieves Sunil as he heads up the aisle. Jinder stands on the main stage for a bit and eyeballs Reigns with a confident grin.

Tag Team Match: The B-Team vs. Heath Slater & Rhyno

Bell sounds and Curtis Axel starts things off against Slater. Axel gets the advantage early but then Slater lands a forearm shot off the Irish whip. Bo Dallas tags in and starts taking it to Slater. He puts on a rear chin-lock. Slater escapes using a jawbreaker. Axel tags in and the B-Team manages to keep Slater cut off from his corner. They execute their finishing maneuver and score the 3-count.

Winners: The B-Team

After the match, tag champs the Deleter of Worlds come on the big screen. They say that was “Wonderful” and give them a round of applause. Then Bray Wyatt’s graphics flash on the screen and then Woken Matt Hardy and Bray are on the main stage, cutting a promo. They essentially say they will eat them and delete them.

Elias is in the ring with his guitar and the crowd boos him loudly. He tells the audience they are witnessing a once in a lifetime performer. And they are witnessing the final moments before he becomes Intercontinental Champion. He plays a funny song disparaging Seth Rollins. Then Elias shows everyone a guitar given to him by John Mayer, who’s ‘a good friend of mine’ he says. The crowd boos. He says he’s going to hold that guitar and the title in front of his waist come Sunday.

IC Champ Seth Rollins runs out and sends Elias retreating. Rollins starts to cut a promo from the ring as Elias stands on the stage. Rollins even says he really wants to like Elias and that he could be a hit maker and he has a cool thing going on. Rollins suddenly notices Elias’ John Mayer guitar still propped up in the corner. Elias starts trying to bargain with Rollins to give him back the guitar. Rollins picks the guitar up and starts looking at it, talking about it.

Rollins looks out to the crowd and starts trying to auction off the guitar. But then Rollins says the guitar must be really special to Elias and sets it down. He says he does’t want to damage it at all. But then Rollins Curb Stomps the guitar and holds it up, taunting an angry Elias with it.

Owens approaches Bobby Roode with his plan about the men’s MITB competitors agreeing to take Braun Strowman out of the equation because none of them can defeat him 1-on-1. Owens leaves Roode the same way he left Balor, and Roode is lost in thought over what he just heard.

Singles Match: Bayley vs. Ruby Riott

Bayley takes it to Ruby as the rest of the Riott Squad watch from ringside. Ruby rolls outside to regroup with Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan. Bayley comes out after her and hits a side-suplex on the floor. Commercial break.

Back again and Ruby has Bayley in an arm-lock. Bayley tries to fight back and she kicks Ruby in the face. Ruby regain control and throws Bayley’s face hard into the turnbuckle. Ruby applies a submission as it cuts to commercial.

Back again and Bayley stands up as Ruby clings tightly to her back. Bayley throws Ruby back into the corner and smashes herself free of the hold. Bayley lays Ruby out on the mat and goes to the top rope. Bayley leaps for the flying elbow but Ruby misses. Ruby and Bayley end up jockeying for position and they exchange move and pin attempts. Ruby sends Bayley shoulder-first into the ring post and finishes the match with a Riott Kick.

Winner: Ruby Riott

After the match, the Riott Squad gang up on Bayley, hold her helpless and draw with marker on her face and belly.

Ronda Rousey and Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax come out to the ring and sit across from each other to be interviewed by Jonathan Coachman. Coach asks them about the seemingly growing animosity between them. Jax explains that they’re competitive people. Jax says Rousey is still very green and the rules are different. Jax can do, and will do, all the things that UFC fighters aren’t even allowed to do. Rousey responds that she’ll have to improvise and she’ll improvise Jax’s arm off.

Jax admits Rousey had a good first showing but it was against a businesswoman who competes part-time. Rousey hasn’t actually had a singles match in WWE. Jax says Rousey isn’t ready. Rousey gets indignant and reminds everyone about all the times people said she wasn’t ready. She’s a women’s combat sports legend and ‘wasn’t ready’ for all her career accomplishments. Rousey says she was born ready. Rousey steps up to Jax and the two start to scrap. Rousey weathers the storm and gets Jax in an armbar. Jax taps out and gets out of dodge as Rousey releases the hold. Rousey’s music plays as she leaves and talks trash at Jax.
