Formerly Husky Harris, Bray Wyatt has generated mass appeal with the eerie Wyatt Family over the past couple of months, and hopefully he can keep the buzz going after getting off to a great start at just 26-years old. His size, frame and athletic ability for a larger athlete is impressive and hopefully he can achieve great things. You have got to give 26-year old AJ Lee credit, for really taking the time to progress in her career with her in-ring work and the fact that she is not the stereotypical looking Diva who is not afraid to tell it like it is. Currently the WWE Divas champion, sky is the limit for the New Jersey native. It’s pretty surreal to think WWE alumni Rikishi has 28-year old sons, since it was not long ago we were treated to seeing his behind work week after week. The Usos are becoming WWE’s go-to tag team right now, giving them a push to either secure them the titles or put The Shield over. Either way, they are entertaining wrestlers and should win the titles sooner rather than later. The 3 Man Band member’s career has spiraled downwards yet it does not mean all hope is gone when it comes to him improving. He may need to sharpen up a few things but he was regarded as a chosen one by Vince McMahon and his physique is the type the boss loves. We should give him some more time; hopefully he can make the best of it and become a major player in the company. The man most know as “El Generico,” NXT product Sami Zayn is having a great showing on the program and his matches with Antonio Cesaro should have made him just skip the program altogether and join either Raw or SmackDown for weekly appearances. The Montreal native has been at it for a while – it’s nice to see him finally get recognized. Bo Dallas may not be for everyone although at 23-years old, he deserves everyone’s respect for competing against WWE mainstays like Tyson Kidd and Wade Barrett, with the work ethic to earn him the NXT Championship. He may need some fine-tuning but he definitely can climb up the ranks if he keeps on doing what he is doing and eventually can get better. Just short of 30, Darren Young is not the best wrestler on the roster but he is working well in the ring and has won over the fans in a short period of time. His charisma and entertainment value makes up for his lack of in-ring ability yet he really is not that bad – just someone who possesses a style we may have seen before. Still, he is getting preferable treatment in the Prime Time Players right now. Is there anything spectacular about Alexander Rusev’s wrestling? Not exactly however his size is exactly what WWE officials love and they have a niche for these sort of dudes (Ryback, Batista, Chris Masters, etc.) He sells himself well also, as you do not need to guess what his status is the moment you see him – you know he’s a dangerous, nasty heel who writes the names of his opponents down on a plank of wood when he comes to the ring. Also just under 30, Fandango’s valet Summer Rae is expected to be the next big thing for the Divas division and although she gets more time to showcase her talents on NXT, she is already gaining the attention from the males at ringside who chant her name weekly when she is cheering for her man. Definitely a Diva to look out for. The Shield are hands down the top heels in the company and besides the fact that there is a contingent of fans who love these guys, the company must think highly of them to put gold around all the waist of all three members. There are rumors that The Shield could be in hot water yet right now, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose have proved that their eventual longevity with the company has been thoroughly deserved – all being able to have successful single careers in the near future too.
There are many superstars who are taking the wrestling world by storm in the WWE, who have been under contract by the company for years and could be considered the veterans inside and outside the locker room – guys like CM Punk, The Undertaker, John Cena and Randy Orton. They were all once young, up and coming prospects, who dreamed of achieving their goals in the sport, as all men have won the WWE Championship. We look at their possible successors, and the best talent under 30 years old. Think we missed one? Leave it in the comments section below.
