Singles Match: Sin Cara vs. Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas

Bell sounds and Cara comes out aggressively. He hits a hurricanrana and Almas rolls outside for a breather. Almas gets back in the ring but Cara backdrops him back out to the floor. Cara goes for a suicide dive but Almas counters him while he’s in midair and Cara crashes into the floor and barricade. Now in the ring Almas is in control. Almas employs a methodical pace and he sends Cara out to the floor with a vicious elbow. Almas taunts and then brings Cara back in the ring. He slaps an arm-lock on Cara.

Cara manages to escape and starts to get back in it. He chops Almas across the chest. Irish whip and Cara hits a pair of springboard maneuvers and then plants Almas with a reverse-hurricanrana for a 2-count. They end up on the top rope and start fighting each other for the position. Cara sends Almas falling to the apron and then jumps for the top rope and hits a hurricanrana off the apron and they both go plummeting to the floor. Back in the ring and Almas regains control and belts Cara with knees in the corner and spikes Cara with the Hammerlock-DDT for the win.

Winner: Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas


Tables Match: The New Day vs. SAnitY

Bell sounds and all six competitors clash in the ring. SAnitY ends up getting cleared out of the ring by New Day. Big E throws Killian Dane into the steel steps. Then New goes and gets the first table. SAnitY stops them. Back in the ring and Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young work on Big E. Young goes out and sets the table up at ringside. Then he and Wolfe try and dump E out of the ring through the table but they are stopped as New Day mounts the comeback. Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston hit tandem suicide dives but then Dane takes them both out with a suicide dive of his own.

Wolfe ends up with Kofi on the top rope and starts looking to put him through a table. Young goes up to help him but E and Woods manage to get the two SAnitY members up in electric chair positions and Kofi leaps up and drives both Young and Wolfe down to the canvas. Dane stifles New Day’s momentum momentarily but then Kofi hits him with Trouble In Paradise. Kofi and Wolfe fight each other on the apron, just above the table below. Kofi is hanging in a precarious position, holding Wolfe, and Young jumps off the top rope and drives Kofi downward through the table.

Winners: SAnitY


WWE Extreme Rules: 7 pm EST

Tag Team Championship Match: Deleters of Worlds (c) vs. The B-Team

Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas are about to scrap each other but then Dallas steps back and tags Curtis Axel in, playing some mind games with his real-life brother. Axel comes in and Bray starts to take it to him. Axel fires back and stomp Bray out in the corner. Bray returns with a clothesline that levels Axel and Woken Matt Hardy tags in. Matt smashes Axel’s face off the turnbuckle repeatedly and then lands some clubbing blows. Axel tries to get back in it but Matt gets him down and lands an elbow off the second turnbuckle. Matt pins but Axel kicks out.

Matt goes for a Side-Effect but Axel lays Matt’s throat on the rope and chokes him with it. Dallas tags in and stomps Matt. He levels Matt with a lariat and gets a 2-count. The B-Team cycles tags and keeps Matt isolated away from Bray. Matt finds an opening and hits a Side-Effect. He tags Bray, who comes in hot. Bray smashes Dallas in the corner and wets up for Sister Abigail. Axel runs in and stop him but Bray dispatches him and hits Dallas with a yurinagi. Matt tags in and he and Bray set up for a team move.

Bray ends up getting cleared out of the ring and Dallas hits the finish. The B-Team are the new Tag Team Champions.

Winners: The B-Team (c)


Raw General Manager Kurt Angle tells Renee Young he’s giving Universal Champion Brock Lesnar an ultimatum. Since Lesnar caused his planned title defense to fall apart, if Lesnar doesn’t come to an agreement about when that title defense is going to be, he’ll be stripped of the title.


Singles Match: Constable Baron Corbin vs. Finn Balor

Bell sounds and they tie up. Balor gets Corbin’s back but Corbin drives him back into the corner. Corbin takes control of the match and starts landing some shots. He decimates Balor with clubbing blows in the corner. Corbin slaps Balor in a submission hold. Balor tries to get back in it but Corbin fires back with a clothesline for 2. Corbin delivers a methodically paced offense as he drives an elbow down into Balor’s cranium. Balor tries to fire back again but Corbin lays him out with a thunderous right-forearm shot. He smiles and pins for a 2-count.

Balor finally drops Corbin with a forearm and knocks him down with a step-up enziguri. Balor goes to the top rope but Corbin grabs him by the throat, drags him down and hits a chokeslam-backbreaker. He pins but Balor gets the shoulder up. Corbin proceeds to land shots until Balor lands a slingblade. Balor charges Corbin but is planted with Deep Six for a near-fall. Both men sell in the middle of the ring. Corbin smiles as he stands up and moves toward Balor. Corbin picks Balor up and drives elbows into the back of Balor.

Corbin goes for a powerbomb but Balor counters and drives both feet down into Corbin’s chest. Balor sets Corbin up and looks for the Coup De Grace. Corbin stops him and they scramble until Balor hits an inside cradle for the surprise 3-count.

Winner: Finn Balor
