Be sure to check UFC 217 coverage from our good friends at FightLine. The card comes from Virginia’s Ted Constant Convocation Center.

The main event sees former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis take on Dustin Poirier. Anthony Pettis is known for his striking and returned to the lightweight division after a short stint as featherweight. This year, Poirier scored a majority decision win and then had a no contest with Eddie Alvarez due to illegal knees. Both are trying to get back in the Top 10 of a stacked lightweight division. Also, Matt Brown will retire after tonight’s fight against longtime UFC fighter and fan favorite Diego Sanchez.
