– Evolution, WWE’s first all female pay per view, has gained another major match. It has been confirmed that WWE Hall of Famer Lita will take on a fellow veteran in Mickie James.

These two have met before, but it was towards the end of Lita’s run with WWE and Mickie was still finding her place on TV. It’s kind of interesting that two pioneers of the women’s division rarely met inside the ring.

More from Wrestle Newz

Catch Evolution on October 28 from Long Island’s Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. It will air on the WWE Network and there are still lots of tickets available; which is something that WWE has to be concerned about as they look to make history.

As for the rest of the card, the only match with confirmed names is Alexa Bliss taking on WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. We also know that titles from RAW, SmackDown, NXT and NXT UK will be defended. The finals of the second Mae Young Classic have also been announced. To close the pay per view, Ronda Rousey vs. Nikki Bella has been discussed because of the mainstream attention both bring to the WWE. Charlotte seems like a bigger star than Nikki, but she is rumored to take on Rousey at WrestleMania 35.

– Joey Mercury, real name Carlson Birch, was arrested Saturday morning in Schaumburg, Illinois according to PWInsider. He was taken into custody over an outstanding warrant in Orange County, Florida with bail set at $2,5000. He was sleeping in his car outside a Marriott Hotel when officers approached him.

We’re not sure what the warrant was for, but with such a low bail it couldn’t be anything too serious. Mercury has struggled for most of his life with addiction. At one point, he was about to lose his house before CM Punk fronted the money.

In January of this year, Mercury left his role as a producer for WWE. He just signed a contract with Ring of Honor to be one of their producers and trainers. Also, Mercury was supposed to work the All In show over the weekend, but that was not possible.
