Episode 12, 12/21/2008

We start off tonight’s show with Steve Keirn and he announces that there will be a special referee in the match between Sheamus O’Shaunessy and Joe Hennig. That special referee will be Eric Escobar.

Your announcers are Josh Mathews and Dusty Rhodes. Dusty suggests that we might get ‘funky like a monkey’ tonight. Josh mentions that Santino Marella will be in the FCW Arena tonight.

Dolph Ziggler comes to the ring and he takes the mic. He introduces himself to the people in the building.

Match Number One: Dolph Ziggler versus Kafu

Kafu kicks in Ziggler’s general direction and Ziggler goes to the floor. Ziggler tries to go through Kafu’s legs but Kafu stops him and slams Ziggler. Kafu with another slam and then he kicks Ziggler in the back. Kafu punches Ziggler in the head and then he Irish whips Ziggler who does a version of the Michaels flip with a hint of the Flair flip as he gets perched on top of the turnbuckles. Kafu kicks Ziggler twice and Ziggler falls to the mat. Ziggler sends Kafu into the corner and Ziggler with a Fameasser for a near fall. Ziggler with elbow drops and he finishes it with a leaping elbow drop and gets a near fall. Ziggler with a side head lock as he cinches it in. Kafu gets to his feet but Ziggler pulls him back down by the hair. Ziggler with boots to Kafu. Ziggler with a drop kick to the back of the neck for a near fall. Ziggler with a reverse chin lock with the arm isolated. Kafu with chops to Ziggler followed by a kick for a near fall. Ziggler goes to the apron but Kafu tries to bring Ziggler back in but Ziggler drops Kafu on the top rope. Kafu with a big boot to Ziggler. Kafu tries for the Flatliner but Ziggler holds on to the ropes. Ziggler with a drop kick to the knees followed by a leaping reverse DDT for the three count.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler

Match Number Two: TJ Wilson with DH Smith versus Johnny Curtis

Wilson tries to avoid Curtis and he kicks him in the leg. Wilson with a waist lock and Curtis with an arm drag take down. They lock up and Curtis with a waist lock but Wilson with an arm bar. Curtis with a front face lock but Wilson backs Curtis into the ropes. They lock up again and Curtis with a side head lock. Curtis with a shoulder tackle and then he kicks Wilson. Curtis with a forearm and then he hits a pescado onto Smith on the floor. Curtis returns to the apron but Wilson kicks him off. Smith appears to want to get some revenge on Curtis but he does not do anything while the referee watches. Wilson goes to the floor and he kicks Curtis. They return to the ring and Wilson kicks Curtis. Wilson with a snap mare and kick to the back. Wilson with a head scissors followed by a knee drop. Wilson sends Curtis into the turnbuckles. Curtis with a floatover and sunset flip for a near fall. Wilson with a spinning heel kick for a near fall. Wilson slams Curtis and then Wilson goes to the apron for a springboard leg drop but Curtis moves out of the way. Curtis with punches to Wilson followed by a hard Irish whip and back body drop. Curtis with a running clothesline for a two count. Wilson with an elbow to Curtis but Curtis with a side Russian leg sweep for a near fall. Wilson with a back kick but Curtis with a spinning heel kick and a Falcon Arrow for the three count.
Winner: Johnny Curtis

Josh is interrupted by a pirated video clip that has previously aired on one of the main shows about a prophecy.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Byron Saxton gets on the mic. He points out that it is the holiday season and everyone knows that Byron Saxton can be awful generous. He will grant a wish for his opponent, Johnny Prime. Saxton says that he knows that Prime wants to be part of The Conglomerate. He will let Prime join the organization after he kicks Prime’s derriere.

Match Number Three: Byron Saxton versus Johnny Prime

Saxton refuses to lock up as he stretches. Saxton avoids Prime on a lock up but Prime with a hip toss and shoulder tackle. Prime with a running back elbow and flying elbow. Prime goes up top but he takes too long and Saxton drops Prime’s arm on the top rope. Saxton continues to work on the arm by sending the shoulder into the ring post. Saxton kicks Prime and connects with a forearm to the shoulder and Saxton continues to work on the shoulder. Saxton with an arm bar and he punches Prime in the shoulder. Prime punches Saxton but Saxton with a knee to the midsection. Saxton with divorce court to Prime and a near fall. Saxton with a key lock to Prime. Saxton continues to work on the arm and he slams it to the mat. Saxton goes to the turnbuckles, but thinks better of it and then he kicks Prime. Prime with a double leg take down for the three count.
Winner: Johnny Prime

After the match Lawrence Knight, Tyson Tarver, and Black Pain attack Prime and Black Pain with a splash onto Prime’s arm. Officials come into the ring to try to protect Prime.

Santino Marella comes to the ring and he has a mic. He thanks everyone for the reception he got. He says that it is a very big pleasure for everyone to see him. Santino says that he has some important information. He says that he lives in Tampa. He says that you might be lucky enough to see Santino when you go grocery shopping. He says that is not the reason he is here tonight. He found out something tantalizing for the male audience. In a couple weeks, something is gonna start. Santino says that it is big. There will be a tournament like none ever seen before. It will be for the Queen of FCW. Santino says the Queen of FCW is not the Queen of the WWE. That woman is Beth Phoenix, the woman that he spoons with every night.

Beth Phoenix comes out and she has her WWE Women’s Title Belt with her. Santino tells Beth to show them her muscles.

They are interrupted by DJ Gabriel and Alicia Fox as they do their spasm spectacle. Beth does us all a favor and she gives Alicia a forearm. Santino sends Gabriel out of the ring and Beth sends Alicia to the floor.

Sheamus O’Shaunessy says that FCW has stacked the odds against him and he tells Eric Escobar to call things down the middle. He calls Hennig a charity case and wonders how many title matches he will get. He is going to show everyone why he is the Florida Champion.

Match Number Four: Sheamus O’Shaunessy versus Joe Hennig for the FCW Title with guest referee Eric Escobar

They lock up and Sheamus with a knee and forearms as he takes Joe down to the mat. Sheamus works on the arm but Hennig with punches and Hennig works on the arm. Sheamus with a knee to the midsection followed by a forearm. Hennig tries for the Son of Perfectplex but Sheamus escapes the hold. Hennig with a drop kick that sends Sheamus to the floor and then Hennig tries for a baseball slide but Sheamus moves and then Sheamus with a clothesline on the floor. Sheamus hot shots Hennig on the guardrail and then he rolls Hennig back into the ring but Sheamus can only get a two count. We go to commercial.

We are back and Hennig tries for a cross body but Sheamus catches him and hits a backbreaker for a two count. Hennig with punches but Sheamus with a knee and an elbow drop. Sheamus with a rear chin lock. Sheamus with a forearm to the back followed by a cravate and knees. Sheamus with a running double sledge for a near fall. Sheamus chokes Hennig with his boot. Sheamus with an elbow to the face and a boot to the head. Sheamus turns his attention to the back. Sheamus throws Hennig out of the ring but Hennig stays on the apron. Hennig with a shoulder and sunset flip for a near fall. Sheamus with a clothesline to Hennig for a near fall. Hennig blocks a suplex attempt with an inside cradle for a near fall. Sheamus returns to the neck. Hennig with a swinging neck breaker and both men are down.

Drew McIntyre comes out to ringside. Hennig with an elbow to a charging O’Shaunessy while Escobar deals with McIntyre. Hennig with a drop kick and a two count. Hennig gets a two count with a back slide. Hennig with a flying clothesline and back elbow. Hennig slams Sheamus and hits the leap frog neck breaker followed by a kick and elbow drop for a near fall. Hennig with a rollup for a two count and McIntyre gets on the apron. Hennig hits the Son of Perfectplex as Escobar punches McIntyre off the apron. Escobar does not make the count and Hennig wants to know what is going on. Sheamus sends Hennig into the turnbuckles with a knee and then he gets the three count with a schoolboy.
Winner: Sheamus O’Shaunessy

After the match, Sheamus and Drew shake hands. We go to credits.
